Adding a splash of reta to tirz?

I've seen some of my patients stay on metformin when starting GLP-1s, at least initially. It often helps manage insulin resistance. Some also find they can eventually reduce their metformin dosage as the GLP-1 takes effect, but that's a conversation to have with your physician.

Adding a splash of reta to tirz?

Yeah, but not like I'm prepping for a bodybuilding competition or anything.

Adding a splash of reta to tirz?

For those who've maxed out on tirzepatide and hit a wall, and then added a bit of retatrutide, I'm curious about your experience. I'm about to hit the highest dose, currently at 12mg, and only have a little more weight to lose. How much reta did you add to get things moving again? I'm hesitant...

    Check out this drop!

Great results! You look incredible! How tall are you? I'm really hoping my back looks like that soon. I've been on sema for only a month and a half, and I've lost about 10 pounds. I still have 40 or 50 to go.

GLP-1s losing steam after a while?

I was on a tirzepatide and stalled and gained weight after half a year. I didn't lose any weight in over a year. I am back on a semaglutide but considering retatrutide, as it seems to work as a fat burner.

GLP-1s losing steam after a while?

The recent studies on weekly doses of 7.2 mg are promising; showing much better results than 2.4 mg, without increased side effects. Perhaps that will be the eventual solution. One day we might laugh about those early days when the 2.4 mg dose was the max. I commend your open sharing, and wish...

    Ozempic: Life After?

Thanks for the detailed write-up! I'm a month in, just upped my dose from 0.25 to 0.5. Started around 315. 41M, 6'2". I can usually drop 30-40 lbs on my own with calorie counting and daily walks, but I always slide back into old habits around 270. What dosage were you on mainly? You look...

    Pants falling down, literally!

I actually lost a pair of pants while carrying out an order from a burger place downtown in front of a crowded patio. It was last summer. It’s a strange mix of feelings. I was thrilled (the meds were working!) and horrified at the same time. Congrats to you!!!

    Hit goal weight, avoiding cardio

The key is to begin very gradually. Start with just 10 minutes of walking on the treadmill. Then, slowly increase the speed and duration over time. And only push yourself when you're feeling mentally prepared. Good job so far, though. You already look healthier even without adding cardio.

    Hit goal weight, avoiding cardio

Cardio mostly benefits heart health; a brisk daily walk is sufficient.
