2.5 stopped being effective so I was trying to increase to the right dose after the first month. I’ll try 2.5 every five days from now on but I’m kind of afraid to keep going after how bad this has been. It’s kinda like norovirus without the vomiting.

RS says they still feel awful and the issues have come back tonight.

Thanks for the reply! My RS had some butter chicken last night, a spicy sauce might have been a bad call but it is fairly lean. The mag o7 is weird for my RS. Sometimes one doesn't do anything. Sometimes RS takes two and nothing happens then tries three and gets wrecked.

My RS took 4 doses of 2.5, one dose every week, then after the fourth dose waited less than a week and took 2.5 again intending to take 2.5 twice a week to dial back the side effects. One poo after a few days and the next couple days later. I keep reading about people who do 2.5 every five days...
