I've dropped 45 pounds since August. Went from 210 to 165. BMI went from 29.6 to 23. Started on the usual dose, but the weight came off so fast, I lowered it. Now I'm taking 0.33mg. Next time 0.25mg.

That's a great point. I've noticed my inflammation is way down, and my A1c is so much better, even if the scale hasn't moved as much as I'd hoped. Maybe that's something to celebrate too!

Stick with it! It takes time. I'm down about 40 from my highest weight, which took maybe 6 months to really get going. You WILL get there!
