    QSC order weirdness?

They haven't stopped selling it. They've just stopped replying to *you*. It'll be back, just not for that sale.

Thanks, good point. I edited my post to add that!

    QSC order weirdness?

Okay here's how it goes: 1. Send them your order by email or messaging app, following the format they want, and saying how you'll pay. (I use email 'cause messages can be changed or deleted.) As someone else mentioned, stick to one way of contacting them. 2. They give you the payment info...

    Over a year on Ozempic!

Oh yeah, definitely had some stalls. What helped me was changing things up a bit - different exercises, adjusting macros slightly. The motivation dips are real too. I found keeping a photo journal helped a lot - seeing the progress visually even when the scale wasn't moving as much.

That's a very effective 25! Keep going! If people aren't mentioning it, they might just be trying not to be nosy.

Reta peeps - where do you get yours?

I’m currently using 5mg. Seems to be working as expected. I was on 3.5mg from a different source, and that completely killed my sweet cravings. This 5mg isn't quite as strong in that department, but it's still effective. Maybe I'm just getting used to it. Overall, I’m down about 30lbs in 6 weeks.

Reta peeps - where do you get yours?

I read about a study from a Scandinavian group about sema 2.4 mg combined with cagrilintide. Apparently, even small doses can make a big difference. I'm going to give that a shot myself. Hit a wall after losing 46 pounds this year, too. Switched from 7.5 mg tirzepatide to 5 mg Reta, and I...
