I've been on a similar journey but with a different med for my type 2. It's been about 13 months, and my A1C is so much better! I've dropped about 40 pounds. Not only do I feel better physically, but psychologically I feel great too!

I had something like that too, but the codes were 'off' a bit. How can I know for sure I got the right dosage? Also, the caps are a different color from some tests from Janoshik that were linked in my shipping confirmation.

I've lost around 100 pounds, and it's wild how body dysmorphia messes with you. I can *see* the progress, my A1c is way better... but I still see the 'old' me sometimes. My doc says we'll be talking maintenance soon and maybe even a tummy tuck for the excess skin. Anyone else?

I would say track every calorie, get a food scale, and be honest with yourself. Weight gain usually comes from eating more calories than you burn, even if it's just a little more each day.

I read a story online where someone tried to mix some peptides in a syringe and it turned into this nasty, thick, cloudy gunk. They had to throw the whole thing out, complete waste. If it's not a common combo, I'd skip it.
