Tirz, Cagri, Sema all at once?

I get what you're saying. But, for me, stacking two different things at low doses isn't about saving money or wanting to stay on the lowest dose to stack them. I thought that while they're both GLP-1s, they do different things. Sema and cagri are better at controlling hunger than Tirz, but they...

    Ugh... same. 🥲

Tirz, Cagri, Sema all at once?

Just to be clear, you're advocating for taking the full dose of Tirz every five days, as opposed to splitting it into two smaller doses over a week? Like, 5mg on Monday night, then again on Saturday night, then the following Thursday night, etc., compared to 2.5mg on Monday night, then again on...

Tirz, Cagri, Sema all at once?

Thanks, everyone! It's not that I'm scared of increasing the Tirz dose. It's more that on day 5 or 6, I get super hungry, and the cagrisema seems to keep those cravings at bay. As for dropping the tirz, I am afraid that the inflammation will return! Maybe I should split my Tirz dose to 3mg...

Tirz, Cagri, Sema all at once?

Hi everyone! I'm very interested in hearing everyone's experiences, good or bad, and any input you might have. I was on 2.5mg of Tirz for a bit, and things were moving, but slowly. I wasn't feeling much in the way of appetite control, and the constant thoughts about food were still there. I...

Down 12 lbs! Slow but steady!

CONGRADULATIONS! I'm with you! Started May 2nd. SW 206 CW 198. Starting the highest dose Thursday. I'm fighting the fatigue, heartburn, and nausea for about 3 days after my injection. Still have hope. Thanks to folks like you who post. Thank you! ☺️

Bloodwork on GLP-1s: what to check

This is so helpful, thank you. I am about to start and had no idea I should ask for fasting insulin too. If I already had labs 2 months ago from my annual physical, is that close enough for a baseline? Or should I repeat before my first injection?

Down 12 lbs! Slow but steady!

That is my next aim! I've been marking it off in 10 lb chunks for myself and today I'm at SW 222, aim is 160, and now CW 209. Been on it for 3 weeks! Feels amazing, right??

My wife shed almost 200 lbs!

It seems like surgeons are going to see less business because of these meds. Which is a good thing to me since many people suffer complications after surgery, and still might not reach their desired weight, unlike your wife.

Retatrutide & other peptides in one shot?

I thought you shouldn't mix ANY peptides together? I mixed MOTS-c and something else once, and it turned solid!

Down 150+ lbs - check it out!

Congrats on the weight loss! I have one question: When did your stomach finally start to flatten out? My doctor says it'll happen when it happens, but right now, the rest of me is thinner, but I still have a round belly. And yes, I do abdominal exercises. Any advice?
