Just to add to what On_Deck said, subcutaneous and intramuscular injections mainly differ in needle size. The absorption rate is generally the same, so claims otherwise are often anecdotal.
I was reading on another forum about how these meds can have a positive effect on insulin sensitivity. It’s really encouraging to see those non-scale victories!

Someone posted their before/after photos after losing about 40 pounds. Same outfit, same pose - makes it so much easier to see the difference! I may try that.
It's important to remember that everyone responds differently. Just because someone needed a higher dose faster, doesn't mean everyone does. Work with your doctor and listen to your body!
