    Pants that finally fit!

This is so true. My doctor took me off Metformin a few months ago because my A1C was stellar. THAT was a bigger win than any number on the scale!

    Pants that finally fit!

I'm built similarly to your before picture. Do you have a lot of excess skin around your stomach, or did it tighten as you lost the weight?

    Whoa, didn't see THAT coming!

It is wonderful that you find these medications helpful. I am still 10 pounds away from my first goal. I started at 344 lbs. Now I'm 312 and my first goal is 299. I know 299 is still a lot but I figured my first goal should be to reach below 300.

Skye peptides semaglutide - anyone used it?

Skye's sema is good quality - like everything else they sell. But, their prices are high. When I am trying a new peptide, I buy from Skye to make sure I am getting the real deal. Then I shop around for better prices.

One Year on Wegovy: My Story

I am consuming around 1400 calories a day, focusing on high-protein meals. I also try to drink at least 3 liters of water daily. As for exercise, I aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity activity most days of the week. This can include brisk walking, swimming, cycling, or dancing!

I echo your feelings about this medication. It's like a miracle, fixing something fundamental in my brain. I'm feeling braver and generally happier. In just under 10 weeks, my health has improved immensely. I'm currently down around 25 lbs. I've started a belly dancing class, and I'm exercising...

One Year on Wegovy: My Story

I started Wegovy January 3rd last year, and it's hard to believe I'm already a year in and about 40 kgs lighter! (I'm female, 33, 5'6). It's been truly life-changing. I've always struggled with maintaining a calorie deficit, constantly battling cravings and feeling like I was failing. But Wegovy...

    Down 45lbs since April! Wooot!

It's important to remember that weight loss can plateau, even with medication. Building muscle through exercise can also influence the scale, as muscle is denser than fat. Focusing on body measurements like waist circumference can be a more accurate reflection of progress in those cases.

    Reta Results - Worth It?

I think it's important to remember the 'For Research Only' label on many of these products. It suggests they aren't guaranteed to be 100% pure or what we think they are.
