    Down 50+ lbs, feeling amazing!

The visible change at 70 pounds in a year is the part that's hard to describe until you're inside it - the camera stops being something to avoid and becomes a record of a real shift.

    GLP-1 Transformation: Down 37%!

280 to 176 with A1C from prediabetic to normal is the full picture - the body change and the metabolic change reinforcing each other.

4 Months In: See a difference?

The skin adaptation timeline doesn't compress with faster loss - the collagen remodeling that produces visible results takes the same amount of calendar time regardless of how quickly the weight moved.

    Sema Success: My Experience

Hey everyone! Down about 13 pounds in the first month, now almost 11 weeks in and a total of 28 pounds gone. I totally believe that calorie deficit is super important. Focusing on eating healthy, high protein, and keeping the carbs low! And yeah, I'm all about those salads, but reaching for a...

Ozempic 1mg to 2mg: Jump or Split?

I've heard some people say they don't feel anything until they get to the higher doses. Don't give up hope yet!

    Scale's not budging! Help!

I saw a post from another woman who is 5'3" like us. She started similar to my weight 207lbs, and she's doing it! I feel motivated!

Ozempic 1mg to 2mg: Jump or Split?

Seriously? After that long with barely any results and no major problems, just jump to 2mg already! Other meds have people going way up in their doses, so don't be scared.

    Ground beef GROSS now?!

OMG yes! Happened to me at first. It got better after a while, though.

    Scale's not budging! Help!

If you think you're eating 1000 calories, that means you aren't tracking! I'm not saying you HAVE to track, or that tracking makes you lose more. Your results sound similar to mine (I don't track, 5'3, desk job, don't move much, but I started around 300 and I'm 37). My first pen I lost about...

Tirz vs Sema for mental health?

I'm still trying to adjust my self-image after losing weight. I've dropped about 20% of my body weight but still catch myself seeing the 'old me' in the mirror. It's like my brain hasn't caught up with the new reality. Is this a normal thing?

Tirz vs Sema for mental health?

I tried tirzepatide briefly last year, and my mood improved so much! It felt amazing to finally feel happy. 😭 I just started semaglutide and I'm hoping for a similar effect.

    Scale's not budging! Help!

It's better to lose weight at a slower pace. And I think your pace sounds pretty healthy. I'd suggest getting off the scale for a while and just focus on being healthy and adjusting to the medication.

Tirz vs Sema for mental health?

Being in perimenopause, semaglutide has been a godsend. Even with hormone replacement, my mental state wasn't great, but sema has really helped stabilize things.

    Burn that belly fat!

Thanks, Rene81. I found some articles that back up what the video says. It's motivating to see so many studies pointing in the same direction - more cardio seems like a good idea for cutting down on tummy fat. It's my big goal right now, so I appreciate you sharing the video!
