    Reta plateau... what gives?

Okay, so I started my weight loss journey back in August hitting 315lbs. Then I started Reta around early October when I was 308. Super strict diet, zero sugar, two meals: eggs in the AM, chicken salad before 6PM. Plus, I made sure to get at least 7 hours of sleep and tried to keep my bedtime...

    Switching between GLP-1 meds

This makes me feel less crazy. I am only on week 4 of a starter dose and had a couple days where I ate more than I "should." I thought that meant it was not working. Reading that steady state takes weeks helps. I think I expected instant perfection. Thank you for explaining it in a way that...

    Halfway to my goal!

That's a great point! It's tempting to pose in those before pics, but the "real" ones are so much more helpful later on.

Whoa, didn't think I'd get these results!

I keep looking in the mirror and thinking I look the same. It's so weird! Like, the scale says I've dropped almost 30 pounds, but I still see the same person. Anyone else feel that?

    Tirz + Servo stack?

Okay, so I just read about someone taking Tesofensine at 500mg with their Triz, and they said it gave them crazy energy and focus! But also, insomnia and headaches... Yikes. Maybe I'll stick to my Triz for now. Thanks for the heads up, LongGameLarry!

    Down 138lbs! First post!

What an amazing difference! Look at your midsection! Thank you for the motivation. I've been stuck for about 2 months now (I'm at 73kg, on 10mg.) But finally I've lost half a kilo this past week.

Skye peptides semaglutide - anyone used it?

Has anyone had issues with burning at the injection site and a little redness after using TB-500? I'm trying a new source and want to see if this is common if I should be worried.

Skye peptides semaglutide - anyone used it?

I bought a few things from Skye. I felt like they were less expensive, quicker, and tested compared to other USA-based resellers. But for sure more expensive than the stuff you see from overseas which I haven't bought from in a while. I might order from there though
