    Totally get it! I do mostly strength training – nothing crazy heavy, just enough to feel the burn. And lots of walking on the treadmill. The key is to stay hydrated and not push too hard, especially at first. I find it actually *reduces* nausea!

    I barely have any side effects unless I increase my dosage. Honestly, hitting the gym has helped with the side effects and even brings back my appetite a little.
