    Reta - Anyone Feeling It?

30% is the current ceiling in published data, which is why the Reta trials got so much attention - the dose-response curve at 9-12mg is where most of that range plays out, so the optimal zone question is the right one to be tracking.

    Loose skin after weight loss?

Loose skin follows the same pattern regardless of how you lost - rate and magnitude drive it more than method.

    Just started my injections today!

Oh good to know! I'll pick some up just in case. And yeah, I can see how forcing myself to eat will be a thing. I'm barely peckish!

    Just started my injections today!

Thanks! I will definitely keep the small meals and water in mind. I'm already not feeling super hungry, which is WILD.

Sulfur Burps on Mounjaro / Tirzepatide — What Worked, What Didn't (community guide)

Solid writeup. The dose-escalation timing is real — went 7.5 to 10 last month and got hit with sulfur burps for a solid 10 days before they faded. Question for the group: anyone notice eggs are way worse than other protein? I can eat chicken fine but two eggs in the morning and I'm burping by lunch.

    Just started my injections today!

42/f/5'0/sw: 164 gw: 120? Ok so I finally took my first dose. Was super scared but it honestly didn't hurt at all. I think I pinched too hard maybe lol. Like, an hour later I have a minor headache and feel kinda lightheaded and tired. Wondering if that's already the meds doing things...

    Sweet Cravings on Reta?

Body adjusts eventually and you can eat again. weeks 2–4 of 5mg i was glued to the toilet 😂. glad i worked from home. considered asking to bump up dose since food noise is back but still losing, just slower. not sure i can handle that adjustment again tho.

    Weight training for complete noobs?

Walking and cycling first with RA - both build the cardiovascular base without grip and joint load. Resistance bands fill the strength gap when hands allow.

    Tirz stronger than sema?

I'm so confused! So many different results for different people. It's making me nervous!

    Tirz stronger than sema?

I see so many posts saying X is way better than Y. But really, it's different for each of us. Some people have better side effects profiles and weight loss on sema, while tirz works better for others. Just listen to your body; don't rush weight loss, because that causes other issues (loose skin...

    Tirz Setup: Last-Minute Check

My guy friends who lift, like my son, use 23-25G 1" syringes for Testosterone. I call those horse needles.

    Tirz Setup: Last-Minute Check

About syringes - I use 3ml for mixing and 0.5/1ml-31G/8mm (5/16) for injecting. 25 seems kinda large to me. I know my wife would complain if I used a 25G. This is for Reta.

    Sema not working? Help!

Every time my weight loss slows down, I start tracking my calories again. I find I'm not losing because I'm eating the same amount of calories that I burn. Calculate your TDEE and track your calories carefully for a few days to see if you need to adjust things.

Fluctuating appetite on Zepbound - normal?

First of all, don't worry about other people. Seriously. Secondly, don’t only judge success by pounds lost. Compare your blood work at 3 and 6 months (and later) to what it was before you started your GLP. And, allow yourself little treats. Enjoy the pastry and hazelnut spread - don't beat...

    Tirz stronger than sema?

Is tirz that much more effective? My friend started her injections months after I did, and she's on tirz and lost so much more weight than me!

GHK-cu: Did I expect too much?

I'm thinking about trying GHKcu, but since you have to inject every day, I'd rather use a pen. Are there any refillable pens, and sterile cartridges that I can refill with the mixed solution? Any recommendations or tips?

    Sema not working? Help!

I've been on 0.25mg for two months and lost around 10lbs, but I had to make huge changes to my diet, walk more, and be in a calorie deficit.
