    I'm such an idiot!

If you're losing weight without actually injecting, maybe you don't need the medication, OP?

Pills vs. Shots: My Semaglutide Switch

Honestly, I prefer taking my medication just once a week. I tend to forget daily pills. The only reason I'd think about changing is if the pill was cheaper. But I'm glad there's a choice for people who don't want shots!

Just starting Semaglutide, tell me what to expect!

Yep, after my first injection, I could taste the medicine right away and got a bit of a headache. Drink lots of water and eat small meals! Wishing you luck!

Just starting Semaglutide, tell me what to expect!

Stick to the dosage schedule. Don't increase it too quickly. It might take a while to see real changes, maybe a few months. Pay attention to how your appetite changes and adjust your diet accordingly. (Smaller portions, eat slowly, stop when you're full, try more frequent smaller meals instead...

    Leftover doses - anyone else?

I've also read about people counting clicks to measure out doses from larger pens. Has anyone tried that? Seems like you could save some cash that way!

    Leftover doses - anyone else?

Are you taking the 0.25 mg dose? The pen I have here is for either 0.25 or 0.5 mg - so you can get 8 doses at 0.25. But it only came with 6 needles. You might wanna buy extra needles so you can use the entire pen.

    Low ferritin on GLP-1s?

GLP-1s don't drop your sugar into dangerous territory. Blood sugar reduction happens but it's controlled.

    Mixing Glutathione - help!

I'm new to this, but I'm curious about sermorelin and GHRP-2. I saw someone mentioned a blend. Is that good for losing fat and gaining muscle? I'm also on TRT. What's the best way to use them?

Tirz vials - how much waste?

That's awesome you're down to 170! Going from 185 is solid progress, especially keeping sizes close to fitting. Five foot four is a good frame for that range too.

    Accidental GLP Baby?!

So, I was about to dive headfirst into GLP-1s. My hopes were high: better blood sugar, shed some pounds, and get my cycle on track so my son could finally have a little brother or sister. I've been lurking here for ages, soaking up all your wisdom. Guess what? Turns out, I'm already expecting...

    Pen Needles: Any brands better?

Go in the fridge. Those are insulin pens and should stay cold until used. Once open keep at room temp and use within four weeks. Cold hurts when injecting and it's temperature sensitive. Better at room temp during that window versus fridge shifts.
