OMG congrats!!

That's amazing, congrats!!! I was stuck at 304 (my highest) for months, maybe even a year. I avoid the scale because of past ED issues. But a few days ago I checked and I'm 293!!!!! It's an amazing feeling to be back in the 200s.

I am so envious!!! Congrats! I shed my first 90.1 lbs quickly but stalled this week! I’m at 210/211. I can almost taste 199.99999999999 and I just didn’t lose this week . Great results!!!!

Wonderful news. I’m at 203.8lbs this morning. Once I hit 199 I’m thinking about decreasing my 7.5 dose and eventually stopping.

Good question, RunGuy. Yes, oral semaglutide must generally be taken alone on an empty stomach. Other medications, especially thyroid hormone, can interfere with absorption if taken together. In practice, we often have patients take the GLP-1 first, wait 30 minutes, then take other morning...

That's a really good and important point. Endotoxin contamination is a real concern. Even with high purity, there's always that risk. It's a good reminder to be cautious and research your sources.

Mine always looks like that and seems to work as expected. I keep mine in the freezer and let it warm up before mixing. NoSugarDaddy, could you DM me the source? My usual spot stopped selling.

I've been reading up on Tirzepatide and Semaglutide. They work in similar ways, but Tirzepatide acts on both GIP and GLP-1 receptors, while Semaglutide primarily targets GLP-1. Some studies suggest Tirzepatide might be more effective for weight loss for that reason. Something to discuss with...

I've actually *gained* a few pounds since January. Guess it's not a magic bullet for everyone.
