I'm 5'10", Brave_FWIW. I'm doing light cardio, but nothing super intense, Funky-King. Just trying to stay active.

Down from 215 to 165 on .5 mg/week over about 8 months, give or take. Went from a size 38 to a 30, with some wiggle room to spare. This shot is at 188, so roughly halfway to my goal. Really wish I had more before pics to compare.

I try to get in some walking a few times a week, but nothing too strenuous. It's mostly the sema doing the work for me!

Started semaglutide around Thanksgiving last year, and as of yesterday, I've dropped over 50 pounds! Never thought I'd see the day. Got another 20-ish to go, but I'm playing the long game. Slow and steady wins the race, right? If I can do this, anyone can give it a shot!
