    Bikini body after sema?

Wow, great job!! I'm at 190, down from 265 after having my baby and I just feel confident enough to think about wearing a bikini again. My weight loss has slowed a ton since reaching 200. It seems like my body wants to stay around that weight. Congrats to you!

    Mindful Eating, Med-Style?

I've been using my pens way past the manufacturer's expiration date. As long as the liquid is clear and it's been refrigerated, it should be okay. Don't throw them away just because of the date! My pharmacist told me it was fine as long as it's not cloudy. Folks do this with insulin as well.

    Mindful Eating, Med-Style?

I get mine at the same pharmacy where I get all my other prescriptions.

    Mindful Eating, Med-Style?

I've been feeling more hungry this week; maybe it's time to increase my dosage. I've been on 2.5mg for the last four months. Even when I feel hungry, I still try to stick to small portions.

Down 50 lbs! Still feels unreal.

I'm losing about a pound a week. It can get discouraging seeing others losing faster, but and it's working, so I'm sticking with it!

Down 50 lbs! Still feels unreal.

This is wild, you have the same height, starting weight, current weight, and time on meds as me lol. Have you noticed a resurgence of food cravings or been dealing with fatigue or lack of enjoyment lately?

Ozempic Week 1: Almost 6 lbs Gone!

Just a reminder to everyone to keep the weight loss gradual if possible. Rapid weight loss can cause some unpleasant side effects like loose skin. It's a marathon, not a sprint!

    Reta stings sometimes?!?!

What do you guys do about keeping peptides cold if the power goes out for a long time? I saw that Florida had bad hurricanes, and I was thinking about what happens when you can't refrigerate them. That's a good point about bacteria too!

    Reta stings sometimes?!?!

I hope this isn't like last year when a bunch of people had issues with stinging Tirz from one particular source. I've generally had good experiences and the issue seemed to be resolved, but it's worth watching out for other people reporting the same thing. The stuff tested okay at the time...

    Reta - appetite totally suppressed!

I like that one too, but the one I'm thinking of had stats next to each part about how well it worked for that mechanism. I'll try to find it.

    Reta - appetite totally suppressed!

Someone posted a neat chart a while ago; it showed how each single, double, and triple peptide influenced various GLP-1 effects (excuse my simple language). It showed each strength and weakness, and explained how they worked a bit. I found it very interesting how it said that semaglutide is...

    Reta - appetite totally suppressed!

I experienced something similar on just 1 mg!

Down half my start weight -- wow!

Oh, the clothes thing is REAL. I had some jeans that were too snug a few months ago. Now they're practically falling off! It's a great problem to have though, right?

Haha, seriously! Actually thought I was in a TV show fan forum for a second. You kinda resemble Lauren Graham!

Down half my start weight -- wow!

It's been about six and a half years since I kicked off this weight loss adventure. I began around 280, and this morning? 140 on the dot!. Check my profile if you want the whole story, but here’s the gist: January 2018: Initial weight, 278 Sleeve gastrectomy: June 2018 Lowest weight...

    Goal weight: Now what?

Yes! Some people think it's from not eating enough, or maybe the drug itself. I'm on a really low dose now for maintenance (0.25mg every 10 days), and I have way more energy.

    Goal weight: Now what?

I'm lowering my dose slowly but surely, really trying to pay attention to what my body is telling me it needs. 🙏🏼😊
