About how to handle overeating: That's great advice. It really is a learning process figuring out how much is too much. I've found that if I even *think* about not wanting another bite, I need to stop right there.

I'm on sema currently, and even after months of slow dose increases, I get nausea pretty regularly. For me, it hits about a day after the injection. Nausea definitely kills appetite, but it's not fun. My doc gave me some anti-nausea meds, and I usually take one the morning after my dose. So, is...
