Tried on an old cardigan today. Didn't expect it to be so loose! 😂

    Skinny People Mad About GLP-1s?

I use cannabis pretty regularly. Honestly, sometimes it's the only thing that helps with the stomach issues from the medication. I still get the munchies, but I can't eat as much, which is probably a good thing. I usually just drink more flavored water to scratch that itch. My pharmacist said...

    Skinny People Mad About GLP-1s?

I'd be so sad if naturally thin people actually felt this way. Why not celebrate that people are feeling better and taking control of their health?

    Skinny People Mad About GLP-1s?

I saw a funny saying online... something like, 'the mean skinny girls better watch out, because the girls who had to develop personalities are about to be hot!' LOL. People always try to find ways to put others down, no matter what. It's sad.

    57 and 70+ lbs lighter!

Yes, I've started light weight lifting. It's made a big difference in how I feel, and even though the scale isn't moving as fast, I can see the changes in the mirror. I've even shifted my goalposts a bit, ShapeCrew.

    57 and 70+ lbs lighter!

To be honest, almost no side effects except when I increase my dosage, ScaleGal685. Going to the gym regularly seems to really help with any side effects and brings back some hunger.

    57 and 70+ lbs lighter!

Started my journey in Sept '23 weighing 222. Was on 2.5 mg for about 2 months, then moved to 5 mg. It's not as effective as it was at first, but still helpful. I now eat two well-rounded meals a day, much smaller portions (maybe a quarter of what I used to), and snack on Greek yogurt, some...

    Super big and starting Mounjaro!

I've lost about 230 lbs during the last year and a half. I started with keto and then Mounjaro, then Ozempic and back again. Then I had weight loss surgery a few months ago and I'm down more than 300 pounds overall. I'm about to be in the 300's for the first time in over 20 years. You can do it...

    Super big and starting Mounjaro!

Hey everyone. After months of fighting, my insurance finally okayed Mounjaro. I'm starting it today. I've been overweight my entire life, and extremely overweight (over 600 lbs) for many years. I need to change, or I won't see my kid grow up. That's all that matters. Anyone have advice? I know...
