4mm or 8mm needle? Doc's got me questioning!

I'm not convinced the length matters that much, as long as you're getting it into the subcutaneous layer. If anything, I'd worry about accidentally hitting muscle if you're injecting in areas like your thigh or arm.

    Keep at it! Worth it!

I've told almost everyone. I'm down about 130 pounds. No one has actually asked me HOW though which is kind of weird! I think people are too shy to ask about weight specifically.

    Protein shakes: good or bad?

Yeah, I still drink diet soda too. As long as you aren't eating past the point you're full, you should be good. Overeating is what makes me feel sick, not specific foods or drinks.

    Protein shakes: good or bad?

I used to think that was crazy and hard, but it's easy with the 42g shakes and keeps you full during stalls.

    What's happenin' inside??

I'm so happy with my journey! Down almost 30 pounds, and getting compliments left and right. It's a marathon, not a sprint, y'all. Just keep at it!

    What's happenin' inside??

My only complaint is that everything is less appealing, lol. Could you ask him to only target food, please?

    GLP-1s Helping Skin Issues Too?

Since I had a kidney removed, I'm always interested in kidney-related studies. This one is fascinating: The study indicated that kidney damage was reduced by tirzepatide, which decreased inflammatory markers, boosted antioxidant activity, and improved tissue damage.

    GLP-1s Helping Skin Issues Too?

I especially liked the first article - it covers over 100 years of GLP research.

    Two Years, A New Me!

Incredible transformation! In the before photo, it looks difficult to even stand. Now you're standing with ease. Daddy/Daughter dances are so special...my father passed away too young, so I never had that experience. I'm sorry for your loss.

    Anyone messing with GLP-1s?

Will do, I'll post updates after a few weeks. Got it from a research site a while ago, before all the crackdowns, just now trying it. Don't recall the exact price, but I remember the caps being 10mg each, not 25mg, was kinda annoying. Should I avoid eating when I take it? Can't find any clear...

    Anyone messing with GLP-1s?

Heard of a program offering the meds for only $60 monthly, but haven't checked 'em out yet. Worried they'll ask about HIV status, which could be a problem. I'll share TM's quote when I get it. They suggested 1.5mg nightly, a three-month supply being about 12 'units' - prob similar to HGH kits...

    Anyone messing with GLP-1s?

Me too! My doctor's open to prescribing AOD-9604, GHRP-6, or Tesamorelin. Just unsure which is best. Heard Tesa's good for shedding fat.
