    Reta making me thirsty?

Honestly, I track my calories/macros really precisely and have been eating the same on/off Reta, same foods and same calorie deficit. I personally think it's something about the Reta itself. Maybe I'm sweating more? Or using more calories?

    Reta making me thirsty?

That's exactly what's happening to me. The sweet tooth thing too, although I think when I was losing a lot of weight while dieting, I already got a bit of a sweet tooth... maybe my body wants high calorie foods? I hope the water weight doesn't come back too hard when I stop taking these meds.

    Reta making me thirsty?

Hey everyone, So, I've been taking Reta for about a fortnight now, and I've noticed some muscle twitches in the last few days. After googling around a bit, it seems like others have had this happen because of dehydration. Thinking back, I think I might be a bit parched more than usual. After...

That's so interesting! I'm about to start and was actually hoping the medication would help me cut back on energy drinks. Caffeine is such a problem for me!

This resonates so profoundly, on both a personal and universal level. Beautifully expressed. Usually, I'd write a lengthy thank you, but you've captured everything perfectly. Thank you.

How long til you met your goals?

I am down roughly 82 pounds in 35 weeks. That's about a 34% reduction in my weight. My weight loss has been very gradual without any plateaus, but it's recently slowed down in the last several weeks. I'm only 10 pounds away from my goal! I have been stacking Tirz and Reta, but the amounts have...

    This shot really DOES work!

It seems like everyone is fixated on the transformation pics. If you look at the most popular threads in this group, it's all before and afters. What I'm really curious about is how has losing weight impacted your overall health?

    Gagging on Reta?!

I had a bad experience after deciding to eat Taco Bell after not having a bowel movement for a few days. It worked too well, LOL. Worth it though. I budgeted the calories, but wow. Maybe I don't need to chug fiber and magnesium all the time.

    Gagging on Reta?!

No gag reflex here, but I do have food aversions on reta (never happened on sema or tirz). I can't eat chicken or broccoli anymore... and I used to love them!
