    Reta messing with your sleep?

Ugh, missing sleep is the worst! For me, it only happened when I first started Reta. My RHR went up too, but it's mostly back to normal now. I've been on Reta for about 3.5 months. I actually feel less anxious, not more. What helped was eating some protein and complex carbs about an hour before...

Yeah, I've heard injecting in the thigh might help with side effects. I haven't tried it myself, but it's worth a shot!

    Half a year down!

I try to walk everyday and I limit my carbs. I drink close to a gallon of water daily. I also try to get 7-8 hours of sleep. It's a lifestyle change. I've been on this journey since 2019. I went from 260 to 150 then back up to 200 before starting the medication.

    Mounjaro Baby: An Update!

The recommendation is to stop Mounjaro a couple months before trying to conceive. But the thing is, I truly only ovulate when I'm on Mounjaro and became pregnant quickly on it before, but unfortunately had a miscarriage. So, I'm going to try the tactic of testing for pregnancy prior to the...

    Let’s talk tirzepatide side effects

Great post. On the eye stuff - I had dry eyes and a twitch for weeks. Turned out I was barely drinking water because I was never thirsty. Once I forced 2+ liters a day and added electrolytes it calmed down a lot. Not saying it is always dehydration, but for me it definitely was.
