Reta side effects: fast or slow?

I agree with Carb_Update, diet is key. Also, make sure you're sourcing from a reputable source. Underdosing or a fake product could explain a lack of effects. The usual dose range is 2-12mg weekly, increased gradually over 12+ weeks.

Reta side effects: fast or slow?

That's an unusual reaction, unless someone accidentally took a huge amount like 5mg for their first dose instead of 0.5mg. Although some people are very sensitive and can't tolerate it, even at low doses. Hopefully that's not the case.

    Good pep source recs?

From what I understand, it's pretty much unregulated unless you go through a compounding pharmacy and get a prescription. Otherwise, it's basically research chemicals, so proceed with caution.

    Good pep source recs?

I've only ever gotten my peptides from them and I've had zero issues. Yeah, it's a bit more expensive, but worth it for peace of mind. It's not something I use often, so the price isn't a huge deal.

Slow & Steady Wins the Race!

Congratulations. That's my goal too. I'm also good with a pound a week. Down about 7.5lbs from 235, getting ready for my 6th shot. I'm 5'8, so pretty similar to you. You already look fantastic.

Sema Journey: More Than Just Lbs Lost! ✨

Snack_Go493, it's best to discuss dosage adjustments with your doctor. Everybody responds differently. Some people do great on a lower dose, others need more to see results. Definitely don't increase without medical guidance, especially if you're experiencing side effects.

Sema Journey: More Than Just Lbs Lost! ✨

Fantastic! I'm at about 230 now, down from 345, and I credit ozempic for probably 30 lbs of that. You're so right about "tired in ways I didn't even realize" because it was so hard to just function throughout the day without feeling overwhelmed. It was difficult to realize that my weight was the...

    GLP-1 FDA warnings explained

Excellent breakdown. I want to reinforce this from a clinical standpoint. NAION is rare, but time matters. Anyone with sudden painless vision loss should be seen emergently regardless of what medication they are on. Do not wait for it to "see if it improves."

My peps came naked! Is this normal?

Anyone ever used one of those compounding pharmacies online? I'm looking for an alternative since my usual source is having supply problems. I like that some of them offer different strengths and larger vials.

    Ozempic price drop in Canada?

I tried WW a while back. All anyone did was talk about food and then line up to buy overpriced snacks. I left feeling depressed. Ozempic actually helped me listen to my body and I never needed to talk about food!
