Honey, you have come so far! Plateaus are normal! It's a chance to pause a sec and see how far you've come! I've been heavy my whole life. I'm on Mounjaro for diabetes and losing, but can't weigh myself every day (I'm 63!). I changed my thinking and how I talk to myself. Inches count! Clothes...
I'm so close to getting into the 200s, I can almost taste it! I seriously don't think I've weighed this little in over a decade. It's a trip, for sure.
Start weight: 355 lbs
Current weight: a hair over 300 (300.3 lbs)
Goal weight: Still figuring that out!
That's a really good link. Thanks. It's way better than using Excel. It's good for avoiding overdoses and stacking. I wonder how my rat's body would react if I microdosed 2.25mg of Triz daily? The residual level seems pretty constant, and the peak is about the same as 15mg every week. Could that...
You’ve shed a bunch of weight. You look amazing. Now is a good time to start weight lifting and see how much of that skin is truly loose and what can be built up with muscle.
When I slim down, my body just gets proportionally smaller, not really reshaped. So, I know exactly how you feel! You will adjust to the change, but until then, focus on the reasons you lost the weight - like your A1C! That's a huge win.
Congrats to you! I had a similar experience. I was wearing size 22 jeans and I went to the store and grabbed size 18. They were much too big, so the sales lady brought me a 16 then a 14. She said she was going to grab a 12, and I was like 'no way'. Well, they fit and I lost it!
