Thanks everyone for the kind words! To answer some questions at once: I'm 5'6". As for diet, I mostly try to make better choices—more protein, less processed stuff. No crazy workouts, just trying to walk more. Right now I'm on 10mg.

How much did you change what you eat? Serious question. I changed what I eat a LOT right away. I don't just eat smaller portions, I eat different stuff. No junk food, just meats and veggies with high-fiber cereal as my only carb.

Nah, I keep 'em in the dark. They might think I'm just looking for drugs and flag my file. I get bloods done yearly and just look at the results myself. My doctor just says if anything's changed from last year.
