Reta batch testing - worth it?

Group buys that include testing with some accountability structure for below-spec results are a better model than a single published result. A credit or refund commitment if purity or fill weight misses spec puts an actual consequence behind the claim. Worth also looking at the testing...

Back on the wagon...wish me luck!

had my gallbladder out at 27, way before this med existed, and it was probably from weight loss back then. surgery was easy—down for a day and no after effects. I don't think it's that big a deal for what this med gives you.

    Finally feeling normal around food!

never did intuitive eating because healthy food wasn't even in my world growing up. veggies make me throw up. but on this med i'm actually forcing myself to try them because i need them. it's a slow process but it's working.

    Goal weight! Now what??

yeah i love looking at peak and valley charts from different apps. but honestly, i just do regular once-a-week dosing. stacked with a couple other things too and don't really track those either. at 18mg weekly now.

    GLP-1s: real talk, real life

been on ozempic since august, up to 1mg, down 20 pounds total. first 10 came quick, got the flu which helped with another 10. only eating when hungry, drinking water, walking, making good choices. but—i'm diabetic and ozempic helps my a1c way more than weight loss. is that normal?

They just don't get it, do they?

PSA gets checked on testosterone therapy since it can go up. Testosterone plus growth hormone can really amp up prostate growth. I'm more worried about prostate stuff than cancer, honestly.

Coming off GLP-1s... anyone else nervous?

interested in ostarine - there was a study combining it w/ semaglutide at low doses, barely any muscle loss at 3mg. haven't found pills in stock yet. at that dose it's cheap but getting 3mg out of 25mg pills is annoying.

    One year on GLP-1...whoa!

got maybe a few pounds of flab nothing major, need to hit the gym soon. even when i'm at goal weight don't plan to quit. might taper to one pin a week instead of two and drop my dose maybe, but without long-term harm data i don't see stopping

    Zepbound ➡️ grey market tirz?

Don't give up yet, Sub_Donut137. My insurance was only charging me like $30 for a 3 month supply of Zepbound or Wegovy. My doctor wasn't really helping fight for it. They switched me to Wegovy and I waited a month. Then my body composition data from my smart scale showed what was happening. I...

    Ozempic making people blind?!

After some deep 'research' I think this is just some BS. Don't worry about it...unless you're over 50. Might need sunglasses tho. 🤪

    Ozempic making people blind?!

It sounds like the whole 'just eat less' argument... I don't get the age thing. 'Oh, I'm older, so it's harder to control my eating, but young people are just lazy.' Am I misunderstanding that? Seems like age is being used as an excuse.

    Ozempic making people blind?!

Seems like these eye problems are tied to Ozempic, or maybe Tirzepatide, but it does leave me wondering about other GLP-1s like Reta. If it's a side effect of the current ones, does that mean Reta is safe? I'm really hoping they figure out what's causing the NAION in some patients. Maybe it's...

    Ozempic making people blind?!

I have to agree with Rene. It's all about the risk/reward ratio. Younger folks should really try diet and exercise first. It's like they don't even try. I mean, come on.
