    I try to work out most days, it's important to me for clarity. Usually 30-45 mins on the stationary bike and then some weight training. I don't have a set routine and never have, I just do what feels right.

    🤣 the milling keeps the nutrients and prevents wheat gut or brain fog.. and a couple pieces of toast keep me full for hours. So it's worth it 🫣😜
