    Reta: Split Doses vs. Weekly?

Following this thread with interest. Makes a lot of sense. Seems like Reta might be better for the long game.

    Reta: Split Doses vs. Weekly?

I see the dosing schedule like my drinking habits, back in the day. If you want to get hammered (maximum weight loss), do you sip a shot every few days or down several at once? Then there's the old diet thinking. Does varying your intake trick your body out of starvation mode? People report...

    Badge Photo Update!

Thanks, everyone, for the supportive comments! I appreciate them so much. To answer some FAQs: I didn't stick to any strict diet, which is awesome. You can enjoy food, just watch portions and keep a calorie deficit. I've lost around 80 pounds. And yes, GLP-1s like Ozempic work better for some...

    Tirz/Cagri success at 55!

Did you just use bac water for the mix? Or did you add AA water?

    Badge Photo Update!

Okay, so the first pic is from summer '21. I actually packed on more pounds *after* that, all the way until the end of '24. The second pic? That's Feb '25, almost three months into prioritizing my well-being. And the last was snapped just recently, after I reached my goal weight!

    Down 80lbs on Oz...now what?

Congratulations on your progress! As you get closer to your goal weight, remember the "paper towel roll effect." The closer you get to your goal, the more noticeable each pound lost becomes to others.

    Can't believe it's been a year!

I'm curious about maintenance too. Like, how does that work after you've reached your goal? Do you just lower the dose of the medication?

Slow and steady wins the race?

I've heard anecdotally that extending the period between injections can be done, but I think it's important to monitor how your body reacts. If you are tolerating a lower dose and are actively involved in diet and exercise, then it might be feasible, but proceed with caution and keep your doctor...

Slow and steady wins the race?

My experience has been a little different. I've been keeping the dosage super low and the weight is coming off REALLY slowly. But I'm hoping this is the key to keeping it off for good! I was on 0.5mg for maybe 14 months, and I've been at 0.25mg for a few months now. It's been SLOW but I feel...

    AmoPure batch stings! Anyone else?

I feel you SubSet, the results are so good that I'm willing to put up with the discomfort. I love not feeling hungry all the time!

    AmoPure batch stings! Anyone else?

I learned the hard way that if you don't use brand-name water or whatever the peptide vendor sells you, and you encounter a product issue, they will try to blame the mixing solution and refuse to help you.
