    Ozempic: 50 lbs gone!

I saw someone on Reddit mentioning they went from 256 lbs to 171 lbs… about 85 lbs lost! It definitely looked like it took years off of them. Amazing what a shift in health can do!

Paper towel effect a real thing!

It's frustrating, I know! I think it also depends on where you carry your weight. I'm hoping with more strength training I can tighten things up even more.

Paper towel effect a real thing!

It's so strange to observe how weight loss on this medication works differently compared to just dieting. It almost feels like weight loss from just dieting alone was more noticeable. Although, it is better this way, even if the weight is dropping, but subtle. That makes me think I'm getting rid...

Paper towel effect a real thing!

Hey everyone! F 30, 5'7", Started at 240, now 165. I wasn't sure the 'paper towel effect' was actually happening for me. I mean, I felt smaller... but the shape? Seemed the same. But I finally had my 'aha!' moment. The before pic is at 175, the after is 165. My stomach doesn't have that overhang...

Switching off Tirz to Reta, any advice?

Good point. Thanks! I'm using a cash-pay clinic, so no insurance issues to worry about, thankfully. Just trying to dial in the best formulation for my body. I am doing this for wellness purposes!

Switching off Tirz to Reta, any advice?

I've used a tirz formulation for approximately a quarter of a year. I was injecting 10mg weekly for the last couple of times. Now I'm going to try a switch from that tirz formulation to a reta formulation. Does anyone have tips on how to switch? I'm thinking of doing it kind of aggressively...

    Ozempic shaming in the OR?!

Yeah, I've heard of some peptides for healing. Like TB500 and BPC157. I've read good things about those for back and shoulder pain. I'd research before trying anything, though.

    Ozempic shaming in the OR?!

Online surveys are ok, but I'd contact them directly and personally. A call or letter will get more attention than a survey that could be ignored.

    Ozempic shaming in the OR?!

Definitely contact Patient Relations and make a formal complaint.

    I can't believe it's me!

This is incredible! Any tips? I've been on Ozempic for about 3 months now, eating less and working out, but the scale doesn't move much.
