Down 87lbs - Still got 15 to go!

MoodyLog the 70 lbs and still struggling to see it is so relatable. The mirror just does not update as fast as the scale does.

    Cap colors on 15mg tirz?

Cap color varies between batches - lot documentation confirms consistency, not the cap color.

    Wow, I'm not the same!

Melanotan 2 gets a lot of attention in transformation threads. Effects are real at standard doses. Do the reading first.

    Will the magic fade?

For those concerned about long-term use and potential tolerance, it's essential to consider individual factors. Some people find that after a year or two, the initial rapid weight loss slows down, but the medication continues to help with blood sugar control and appetite management. It may not...

    Will the magic fade?

The best part is, even if it does lose some punch, there are always new and improved options on the horizon! The future is bright! ✨

    Random barfing on Mounjaro? 🤢

That happened to me at the start, it calmed down after a few days. Congrats on starting!

    Random barfing on Mounjaro? 🤢

Thanks PeptidePro! I'll definitely get it checked out. I was hoping it was just a common weird side effect.

    Random barfing on Mounjaro? 🤢

I started Mounjaro early last year and it's been pretty awesome overall. I dealt with some bloating and constipation at first, but those issues have mostly resolved. I'm curious if anyone who's been on it for a year or longer has experienced random vomiting? Before starting, I had a sensitive...

    Sema stopped working?? Anyone else?

I agree with Busy-Crew. I meticulously tracked my calories using an app, and even weighed my food using a food scale. It's eye opening how easily calories can creep in!

    Sema stopped working?? Anyone else?

Stopped working for me after about half a year, sadly.

    Waking up starving on semaglutide?

I've also noticed a HUGE difference with my impulse control. I have ADHD, and it's like a switch flipped. Maybe the GLP-1 is helping with that too!

What do you eat on the tough days?

I hear you, but I really try *not* to skip meals. Even a little something is better than nothing. I'm afraid if I skip, my energy will crash.

Acid reflux killing me on point .25!

For those really struggling, maybe consider if your dose is too high? I saw someone say and that's great! But I remember reading about people who felt awful on 5mg because it got too intense as they lost weight, and they went back to 2.5mg.

    Waking up starving on semaglutide?

I've noticed I'm way hungrier earlier in the day, but then I have almost zero appetite in the late afternoon and evening, so I tend to eat next to nothing between 2 PM and bedtime. No wonder I'm starving at 3 AM! I'm trying to spread out my calories better. I also heard that waking up around 3...

What do you eat on the tough days?

I'm currently in the thick of it, and it's awful. I've been sticking to the BRAT diet – Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast. Mostly applesauce, though, or a little bit of savory spread on some whole wheat toast. I'm struggling to eat enough in general and dealing with major fatigue.

GLP-1 first-timers: when did it kick in?

My first ever shot was with a Mounjaro pen and I felt it almost immediately! It was like instantly quieting all the noise in my head. Then I started feeling a little rush. I could almost literally feel it traveling through my veins. I was nervous too I guess. Later, I learned that I might have...

Acid reflux killing me on point .25!

The heartburn was terrible for me too when I began. I discovered that taking Pepcid (famotidine) roughly a half-hour before injecting really made a difference. Additionally, sleeping with an extra pillow to prop myself up. Your body will adjust eventually, but the initial few weeks can be tough...

What do you eat on the tough days?

I find some warm chicken broth with a quarter cup of cooked rice helps.

    Waking up starving on semaglutide?

Me too! If I wake up and can't get back to sleep, a few bites of vegetables or a protein shake (low cal, high volume) sometimes helps. It's a weird side effect, though.

GLP-1 first-timers: when did it kick in?

I felt it the first week I was on Tirzepatide, but honestly, it affects everyone differently.
