    Ozempic wearing off super fast?

I've noticed that what I crave has completely changed since starting this medication. I used to love cooking and trying new recipes, but now I have zero interest in anything healthy. It's all carbs and bland foods all the time.

Officially down a hundo! Onederland, here I come!

How long did this take you? I just started taking a GLP-1 last week for diabetes, and I'm hoping to see similar weight loss results. Fingers crossed! 🤞

    Pen looks a little full...normal?

Exactly. I stick to the stomach area, rotating between upper right, upper left, middle, lower right, and lower left.

    GLP-1: June '25 to Now

SunnyJourney that's so true. Sometimes the scale just isn't the best indicator. Visual changes can tell a different story completely.

    Ozempic wearing off super fast?

I had that early on, but after about three years, it's pretty consistent. No fluctuations anymore.

    GLP-1: June '25 to Now

Maybe your body has found its happy place. I was around 135 most of my life, but marriage, menopause and divorce took a toll. I'd be thrilled with 145-150; that's my goal now, down from 200. Currently at 188, just started GLPs because progress was glacial (a year and a half for only 12 lbs...

    Skin acting up on meds?

Gray hair can be from vitamin deficiencies, like B vitamins or even Vitamin D. It's always a good idea to supplement when taking sema, since you might be absorbing fewer nutrients.

    Xmas glow-up, inside and out!

I've been seeing progress pics, and I'm so motivated! People showing loose skin... it takes guts. It's proof of how far you've come. I saw one person say "Loose skin is a badge of honor." So true! It shows major visceral fat loss.

    Skin acting up on meds?

Fat cells store more than just calories. When you drop pounds, all the hormones and toxins stored in those fat cells get released. This can lead to mood swings and, sadly, acne.

    ACE-167 + FOXO4 + Kisspeptin + Testagen stack?

Thanks for sharing your experience no-more-snacks! I'm curious about the BPC-157 for healing. Did you notice a difference with your meniscus tear?

    ACE-167 + FOXO4 + Kisspeptin + Testagen stack?

I've looked into kisspeptin to raise T. From what I know, it only works if you inject it many times a day or get an IV. It can raise LH and FSH for a short time though. Make sure you know if you have primary or secondary hypogonadism before you start. Peptides won't fix primary hypogonadism...
