    Super scared newb here lol

try KPV if you haven't. designed for gut stuff originally but also wipes out candida. VIP relaxes blood vessels and boosts flow everywhere—be careful with dose though, can tank your blood pressure if you go too high.

    First time with Ozempic--advice?

Advice? Get ready for your stomach to feel like it's full of cement... Your appetite will be gone. After a couple of months, I don't even want coffee anymore. I used to drink a cup or two every day, now it's been weeks since I've had any. You might get a lot of burping and gas, especially after...

    Mixing peps: bad idea?

Hey guys, I'm super new to this. I just got some Ipamorelin and GRF1-29 to help with my low IGF-1. Any tips on the best way to mix them and figure out dosing?

Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

I get attached to clothes, so I can't get rid of them. I had a closet purge right before starting my meds, and I got rid of tons of smaller clothes. Now I wish I hadn't!

If you drink beer or wine, stop. Even if for a few weeks.

Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

I think the brain will catch up eventually. Thanks for sharing your experiences. It's good to know what to expect. I've been heavy my whole life, and it's been so gradual I couldn't keep up. I might try spending more time looking at myself in the mirror. It might feel weird at first, but I'm...

    Ozempic, wine, and regret?

Ugh, I feel you. Alcohol and greasy foods make me super sick too. Had a similar ordeal on my anniversary getaway last week! Any chance of finding pepto tabs somewhere? A couple of those usually help me feel better. I popped some and could actually sleep and felt decent in the morning. Sending...

    Survo is kinda out there...

I think it'll probably be my maintenance peptide eventually. But if tirz alone can bring it down (my cholesterol spiked a while back, and losing weight got it back to normal. Then I gained it back and now I'm older), I'll be happy.

    Survo is kinda out there...

I haven't tried reta yet. I should, if I'm going to keep getting it, so I don't have years of it and then find it doesn't work for me or something, but I haven't gotten around to it.

    Survo is kinda out there...

I'm experiencing some pretty wild changes in my food cravings. I still enjoy things like cupcakes and pecan pie, and when I'm out, I still want a burger with all the fixings. But when I'm home, all I want is celery sticks with peanut butter on a multi-grain cracker, rice with some mixed veggies...

GLP-1s making us too focused on thinness?

Good baseline igf-1 matters. Check lipids and a1c. CGM or bg monitor helps track levels. Everyone responds so different, some zero sides at 10iu, others horrible sides at 2iu. Stay safe and consistent.

Anyone tried Lemon Bottle for fat loss?

I've actually gotten Lemon Bottle done by a professional a couple of times. After dropping a lot of weight, I still had a stubborn double chin I wanted to get rid of. It's injected right into the fat layer of the treatment area, so it's targeted. It doesn't work everywhere all at once. From...
