40mg here. 80 dropped my BP too low, felt dizzy after sitting. Switched to 40 and cruise at 110-120 over 65-75. Never got side effects, just great BP.

I agree with Gym_Taco that proper Cagri can be potent. I think I'll start with an *extremely* low dose and titrate up very slowly. It's good to hear so many people had success, even if they had to experiment to find the right dosage.

It seems like many people are scared of building up tolerance too fast. But they are also concerned that their body might be too sensitive to increase the titration. It's catastrophizing in both directions, really.
