I had to go shopping today because absolutely nothing I own fits anymore. It's wild. I used to wear an XL or XXL, depending, and today I bought mostly Ms, a L, and even a small sweatshirt!

I know this has been posted before, but I thought it was a pretty cool idea for storing vials. I was keeping my 3ml vials in a little foam cooler with ice packs in my freezer, hoping that would keep the temperature stable during defrosting... but it took up so much space! Someone designed a vial...

I'm not at my goal just yet, but I'm seeing some real changes. Looking forward to seeing where I am in another six months! I also hit the weight room 5 times a week and run a calorie deficit!
