    Mixing Tirz and Klow together?

Okay, so this might be a dumb idea, but hear me out. I'm currently injecting Klow every day for two months, followed by a month off. I'm also doing Tirz at 4.4mg every six days. That means two shots every six days, which results in peaks and valleys in my Tirz levels. I was thinking, what if I...

GLOW90 trial run, wish me luck!

So, started on 8/19 with typical daily dosing, added KPV halfway in because of injection site issues. After 18 days, my thoughts: * Feel more focused and have more energy * Slight improvement in right shoulder * Left achilles pain is basically gone * No skin changes yet, probably too soon That...

    Finally under 200lbs!

Thanks, everyone! Been a long road. For those just starting, don't get discouraged. Slow and steady wins the race. Set those mini-goals! I started out just wanting to get below 300. Now look at me!

GLOW90 trial run, wish me luck!

It's maybe a 2 or 3 at the worst. No itching, and I didn't get the 'bee sting' thing some people have described. I'll check out the 8mm needles. And think about adding some BAC, going from 3mL to maybe 3.5mL. Honestly, it's just a little annoying and not enough to make me stop (yet).

GLOW90 trial run, wish me luck!

Had a minor local reaction. A little sting all day, woke up with a slightly red spot around the injection point. No itching and it doesn't hurt now. Trying micro-dosing by injecting 1/3 in three spots in the same area. Maybe it's just in my head, but I felt more energetic all day.

GLOW90 trial run, wish me luck!

Started my research about three weeks ago with Reta, down 9lb so far, need to drop about 40 more. Added GLOW to the mix today because I'm almost 56 and skincare is a thing, plus my shoulders ache after swimming, and hopefully it helps with post-workout pain. Today's day one, fingers crossed!

    Finally under 200lbs!

I hit my highest weight of 330 back in '12. Took me years of watching what I ate and working out to drop down to around 240, but it crept back up to 263. Started on 5 mg of a GLP-1 in January '26, bumped up to 10 mg recently. This morning? 199! Lowest I've been in like, 25 years. Just need to...

    10 Months In... Still Truckin'!

You are my inspiration!!! I’m down roughly 40lbs, and have been on Mounjaro since January 2025 after a pulmonary embolism. Crazy it took that to wake me up. My BP was high, my A1C was high, my weight was too high, cholesterol and triglycerides were high. I've decided that no amount of “junk...

I'm lighter than my hubby now!

I don’t think people talk enough about how a woman’s weight compared to her partner’s affects her. At one point, I think I might have weighed a little bit more than my husband, and for a while we were about the same weight. Now, thanks to sema, I’m around 60 lbs lighter than him (although he...

I'm lighter than my hubby now!

My wife definitely had this goal too. I started on Ozempic first, and after a year (and losing 55# to get close to my goal) my wife decided to try it. She was so excited to get under my weight while she kept going towards her goal weight. She's now maybe 15-20# under her goal and around 45# less...
