    FDA squeezing compounding pharmacies?

My buddy Lee Myers shared this: Congress is fighting for compounding pharmacies against the FDA and Big Pharma. About 70% of guys on TRT are using compounded injectables or HCG. Some use creams, too. And women probably use even more compounded hormone creams. Compounded products are a great...

    FDA squeezing compounding pharmacies?

Hey all, Just a heads-up: the FDA's looking for feedback on compounding regulations (deadline's comin' up quick, July 18th!). They seem to be leaning towards stricter rules, and we need to make our voices heard to protect access to compounded meds...

    Tirz/Cagri success at 55!

They are dual agonists, but for 4 different things (GIP & GLP-1, amylin & calcitonin), so it made sense that I would lose weight quicker. But the main reason was, I read that Tirz stops working as well before 7 days have passed, so I wanted something to counteract that effect.

    Tirz/Cagri success at 55!

I'm not trying to lose a ton more weight, just a little and get rid of constant hunger. I need to step it up, but when I get close to 5 mg a week in one dose or split, I get nasty side effects. What made you decide to use tirz + cagri?

    Tirz/Cagri success at 55!

I searched for "glycine supplement benefits" and the AI said "Enhanced Muscle Growth and Recovery" as a key benefit, plus: Improved Sleep Quality, Reduced Oxidative Stress, Improved Blood Sugar Control, Reduced Inflammation, and Improved Liver Health. Some other stuff too, like healthy aging...

    Tirz/Cagri success at 55!

I followed the chart that came with it. 2.4mg was the highest dose I took weekly, and I'm still taking that.

    Tirz/Cagri success at 55!

Yeah, I knew about the muscle loss so I added a Glycine supplement once a day to my daily routine.

    Tirz/Cagri success at 55!

I feel more secure in social situations. In general, I'm feeling pretty good since I haven't been this light since I was younger.

    Tirz/Cagri success at 55!

Started Tirz on Sundays, Cagri on Thursdays. Was 215 in late 2024. Down to 144 by now. Pretty standard dose increases every month until I hit the top end with zero bad side effects. Checked the scale at six months (around 165) and again now. Planning on starting some exercise 4 days a week...

    Retatrutide Increasing A1C?

I'm also curious about the DEXA scan results, Tracy_1986. I remember reading some stuff about GLP-1s potentially affecting testosterone levels in men, which could impact muscle mass. It might be something to keep an eye on. I saw this article about GLP-1s and men's health: another forum

    Retatrutide Increasing A1C?

I'm with Shape-Boss on this – it's a process and with time, based on studies and what people are seeing, you'll probably see those numbers come back down to where they were. To answer your question, a glucagon receptor agonist *should* raise glucose levels by boosting glycogen breakdown and...

    Feeling myself these days!

I'm 5'7" and currently around 162. Back when I was super fit, I was about 155. I wore a size 7, and we seem to have similar builds. I felt amazing back then (first time I was truly confident, in my late 30s). Now I'm kinda close to that again at 45, lol. I'm on reta now, shedding what I gained...

Thanks for the input everyone. I think I'm leaning towards trying a combination of tesamorelin and AOD-9604. I'll also look into incorporating some intermittent fasting. Appreciate all the advice!
