    Pep Math got me stumped!

That's a great point, Tracy1982. If you're using something like sermorelin, remember to avoid carbs for an hour before injecting. Carbs can lessen its effects.

    Pep Math got me stumped!

Everyone has to decide what risks they're okay with. Some people are happy to pay more for convenience and less risk. I couldn't talk my family into buying grey, they went with compounded. They can't handle even a tiny risk. I don't get it, but I also do.

Ozempic fail! anyone else screw up?

I always use belly injections after having my gallbladder out. I've been on this stuff for about a year, stopped for a month before gallbladder removal surgery in May. Started back on it recently, always injecting in the belly, changing sides each week. No issues, and no new side effects!

    Pep Math got me stumped!

I was just reading about that. What a mess. I'd like to think it's just a fluke from too much business too fast, but who knows? That's part of the risk.

    Pep Math got me stumped!

Navigating this world can be confusing. Start with the easiest option until you're comfortable with the risk. At least you're not going compounded, that's the safest but also the most expensive! Find the balance between cost and quality. Research is key!

Ozempic fail! anyone else screw up?

Okay, so I have a funny, maybe slightly embarrassing story to make you feel better. I was traveling in Europe, driving through the countryside. A huge rainstorm hit. My stomach issues from the meds hit. Two anti-diarrheal pills deep couldn't stop it. I swerved over, with my family in the car. My...

    Protein shakes: good or bad?

Super common to stall. I personally bloat from protein shakes, hold water weight. Plus most are full of junk. I'd stick to real food, real protein, and see what happens after a few weeks. If you have appetite suppression, I agree to not up the dose. Wait until you actually *need* it. It's not...

Skye peptides semaglutide - anyone used it?

I used Skye when I decided to see how well reta worked for me. The vial arrived quickly. It was a good experience, so I decided to buy more. But I wasn't going to pay Skye's prices if I was going to use it regularly.
