    Yep. I had that pretty bad when I moved up a dose, but it calmed down after a week or so. Maybe give it a little time? If it's really bad, call your doc though!

    I'm the same. I just passed 50 lbs lost (after around 7 months, good!) and I'm only now REALLY seeing a difference when I look at myself. You look good!

    Okay I have a possibly dumb question. If I used to go every morning and now it is every 3 days but I do not feel pain, is that technically constipation or just less in/less out? I am only on week 5 and kind of nervous about everything.

    Nah, not shredded. Probably low teens body fat. I'm eating 4800 calories a day while losing fat and building muscle. Probably because of the latest shot I'm using.

    I'm around 200 lbs, so not huge, just dumb. I take it all at night, so I'm basically asleep for 10 hours. You have to watch your blood sugar. Cardio, walks after meals, metformin or berberine, and maybe slin if needed. Most of the guys I talk to use between 9 and 18 IUs of HGH a day.

    Why not just use HGH? If you're already using GLP-1s, your blood sugar should be fine. AOD 9604 costs more than HGH but gives you way less, at least from what I've seen. I've probably taken 300 mg of AOD, and tons of different kinds of HGH. HGH can't be beat.
