    Less Food = Good Advice?

The 'more even' description is what shows up most often at the year mark - the big swings in hunger, mood, and energy that were normal before stop feeling normal, and that baseline shift is what makes the behavior sustainable rather than effortful.

Major Weight Loss - You GO!

Zone 2 being the primary cardio mode with one high intensity session weekly is the combination most GLP-1 users land on - appetite response to high intensity is real and Zone 2 preserves more energy for the deficit to work. The skin improvement people describe with transformation posts tends to...

    GLP-1 Headaches: Dehydration?

Skull-base throbbing post-dose is the dehydration signature on a dual GLP stack. Electrolytes work better than plain water - front-load them in the 24 hours after injection.

    AmoPure batch stings! Anyone else?

Using Ks-Tek vials from Amazon. Hard to find ALK vials in Canada, so options are limited. Weighing the risks of filtering recon'd peptides plus Amazon filters and vials—is it all actually sterile? Went with Biologix filters in the end.

    Less Food = Good Advice?

It's not necessarily about eating *less*, but making *better* food choices.

    GLP-1 Noob - Stalling?

I'm only on day 6, and the food noise has gone silent. I keep wondering if this is what it's like for thin people? Not always thinking about what they're going to eat next? It's pretty wild!

    GLP-1 Noob - Stalling?

Make sure you are getting plenty of protein and fluids. If you cannot eat much, try protein shakes like Fairlife – lactose-free with 30g protein and only 150 calories. I mix it with some cold brew coffee from Costco and ice. I add fiber or a stool softener depending on how I feel, lol.

Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

Never! I refuse to go back!

Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

Started May '23 (186), on tirzepatide in late July (176). I've been lazy since the low 140s. Loss for a week or two, then coasting. Could've been done sooner if I pushed harder, but once I hit 'normal weight', it stopped being a hobby.

My duck food bags are 50lbs. Hauling them, I think about hauling that much ME around!

Feeling sick all the time on sema?

I agree with DosePal. If the nausea is persistent even at lower doses, it's worth getting checked out by a doctor. Could be something else going on.

Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

Update: period started today! Scale dropped to 134.4 (previous low was 134.6, not rounding up). And now I look slim again in the mirror. You'd think 134 is my 'slim' weight, but I know better. It used to be 157, then 149, then 143, then 139. My brain is messing with me.

Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

So relatable. I sometimes look at old pictures just to check myself. The 320lb me reappears in the mirror. So I look at those before pics to see how far I've come!

Holy crap, that's the PERFECT way to describe it. Stealing that!

Feeling sick all the time on sema?

Sounds like acid reflux. Ask your doctor about getting something for it.

Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

Exactly! That's why I posted it; figure if I'm feeling it, others probably are too. And that's why I'm not fighting it. Eating disorders can start from trying to be perfect. If I look fat to myself but know I'm not, I'm just gonna shrug, tell myself it's not real, and not worry about it. That's...

Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

Just putting it out there... I don't need pep talks, just sharing an experience. Maybe someone else can relate and not feel so weird. I'm 5'5" and I've gotten down around 134lbs from a much higher weight. I felt great for a while, like I was finally seeing my body as slim. I'm aiming for 125...

I know what you mean about needing a belt now lol. I lost about 30lbs on sema and all my shorts are sliding down!
