Yes! I try to keep my protein intake between 60-125g daily. It's soo important, especially since I can't do intense workouts due to some old injuries. Sticking to around 2200 calories helps too!
Okay, so at my absolute largest, I was squeezing into a 4X tee and pants with a 58-inch waist. Now? I'm rocking a Large tee and size 36 pants! It's still unbelievable to me.
