I've read to reconstitute 2 mg of Sermorelin with 1 ml of bac water. So, use 2.5 ml of bac water for a 5 mg vial. With an insulin syringe, 5 units equals 100 mcg. A good starting dose is 500 mcg, injected before bed and without eating food for about an hour (especially carbs).

Lots of people go longer than 30 days. It's a risk assessment thing. Just be extra careful about keeping it clean. Some folks use a vial for three months or even longer. But honestly, if you are on a low dose, smaller vials are probably the way to go.
