    Hit my goal! Now what?

For Nat_92 I basically live on Greek yogurt with berries and protein powder, chicken breast or fish with roasted veggies, and lentil soup. I generally tried to stay around 1500 calories, but I wasn't super strict about it. The main thing was just listening to my body's hunger cues.

    Hit my goal! Now what?

Ok, under-construction, to answer your question, the weight loss wasn't always linear. I had some stalls, usually when I wasn't prioritizing protein enough, or when I was super stressed. My advice is to track your food carefully for a week or two to see where your calories are really coming...

    Hit my goal! Now what?

So, a few years back, I had a body composition analysis, and the results showed I was carrying around 80 extra pounds of fat. When I started taking semaglutide, I honestly didn't set a specific weight as my target, but I figured if I could shed those 80 lbs, that would be a major victory. And...

Hey Terry2008, are you finding you still get the munchies? I saw a thread about how the meds affect cannabis use, and I'm curious.

Down 200+ lbs! Keeping it off...

My daughter's been in maintenance mode for over a year. She's gradually lowered her dose from 15 to 7.5, taking it every 10-12 days. She hasn't put on any weight and is keeping up with strength training. You've got this!
