Hi everyone! 63F, 5'9". Started at 206 lbs, now down to 160. Still figuring out my ultimate goal weight! Been on this journey for a little over a year now.

It's a strange sensation when you slim down and become desirable because you realize how much better people treat you in all areas of your life, which makes you realize how incredibly superficial everyone is.

It's pretty wild how much prices vary. I saw someone mention they're paying around 150 euros for Wegovy in Belgium, which is way less than some other places. Makes you wonder about healthcare systems, but hey, at least they're saving on pastries now!

Hmmm, making me think...thanks. While I would have liked someone guiding me in the beginning, I wouldn't want them to feel responsible if it went wrong. I guess because I feel responsible when I recommend a vacation spot and it isn't their thing, I would feel responsible if this went south...

After a couple of years, I still love the compounded versions, or at least the ones I started with. I've got stuff frozen, and think that other forum is a bit much. I just like seeing the prices dropping. The good ol' days!

Now that the big pharma corp is peddling ZB direct for like 5 bills a month, anyone see their local compounder budging on price? Seems like they'd have to if they wanna stay in the game.

I was feeling down because I didn't think I saw a difference! But someone said they didn't notice much weight loss until they compared pics. I've lost about 80 pounds. Still working toward my goal!

Hey ChillLean, I saw a thread where someone said they were gaining even after 4 years on Mounjaro. They realized they were just eating out of boredom at home! Maybe try to find a new hobby to keep your mind off food?

Just try to remember how good you felt when you first broke under 200. Remembering those achievements can bring some happiness right now.
