    Stacking peps for fat loss?

I have ME/CFS and fibromyalgia. I also think the main reason Ozempic is helping is because I have cut way back on sugars and excess carbs, which has lowered my inflammation. Cleaner eating overall has made me feel better in general. Still fatigued, though :(

    Stacking peps for fat loss?

The advice from Maxie1993 is good, especially considering you're new here. Spend some time on the forum, and you'll get a better feel for vendors.

    Down 75 lbs - Crazy!

I'm curious if you were still losing weight once you got to the 2.4 dose?

Honestly, I thought your before pic was your after pic. You look fantastic in both!

Vial Testing - Any Alternatives Besides the Usual?

As far as I know, the usual suspects are the only ones offering both services to individuals AND having the reference standards for *both* compounds. That's the kicker. I heard one lab created their own reference samples because real, certified standards aren't available. You need those to...

    Semaglutide Success: A Year Later!

Thanks, everyone! To answer some questions about the dosing: It wasn't a one-size-fits-all approach. My doc started me super low and we only bumped it up when I stopped seeing progress AND wasn't experiencing side effects. It was slow, but it worked. I think I spent almost 3 months at 0.5 before...

    Semaglutide Success: A Year Later!

Hey everyone! It's been about 18 months since I started my GLP-1 journey. I'm down a solid 95 pounds and, believe it or not, I've managed to maintain it. The key for me was getting my dosage fine-tuned instead of sticking to those generic dose increases. That's when things finally clicked.

Down 100+ lbs?! Still can't see it!

I agree with Fox_BTW808. Maybe try on some old clothes from before you started. It can be a real eye-opener!

Down 100+ lbs?! Still can't see it!

You look amazing! Congrats! I'm also tall and struggling to see the change (started at 286, now 222), so seeing such an amazing transformation in your before and after pics has really motivated me ☺️

Doc's Insta post on Ozempic 🤔

I'm really sorry to hear that, Bobby_97. That internalized stigma and judgment is so damaging. It's like you're fighting a battle on two fronts – the physical one with your body and the mental/emotional one against societal pressure and your own beliefs. I hope you can find ways to silence that...

Doc's Insta post on Ozempic 🤔

These medications will be discussed for ages because they raise fascinating philosophical questions about our understanding of “free will,” “personal choice,” and “independent decisions” being heavily influenced by chemical processes elsewhere in the body, not just the brain. I'm simplifying...

    Feeling Really Good About Myself

You look fabulous! I'm turning 70 this year and thinking of losing 20-30 pounds. I have vintage clothes I sell on Etsy that I want to wear! Time flies! Best of luck!

Doc's Insta post on Ozempic 🤔

I think a big part of the issue is that society often views obesity as a lack of personal discipline, like fat people are somehow flawed – lacking self-control or willpower. But when they see people using GLP-1s to manage their appetite or metabolism and then eating normally, it challenges that...

    Ozempic: One Year Later!

Hey Bear_Fam, did you have to buy new bras as you lost the weight? I've dropped about 25 pounds and I'm finding my old standby isn't doing the job anymore. Finding the right bra is such a pain!
