I feel reta pretty much immediately and it works great. I started pretty high at 2mg (on my 2nd week, at 3mg now) because I have taken similar meds before. Sometimes I feel like eating, but it's probably just a habit. It makes me feel weird when I realize I'm not actually hungry.

Love this post. On the gym topic — I stayed at 1.7 mg for 3 extra months because 2.4 crushed my appetite so hard I couldn't hit protein. Once I backed down, my lifts came back and I kept losing steadily. So for anyone reading: higher dose isn't automatically better if it wrecks your performance.
