    I finally did it! I started at 267 and this morning I weighed in at 166. I started taking a GLP-1 med around New Years, 2024, when I weighed around 260. It's been a wild ride! More than the weight, I'm grateful for how I've changed on the inside. ❤️

    Hey everyone, super stoked to tell you I'm officially out of the woods with diabetes. My A1C went from a scary 8.1 to a much better 5.6 – that's barely pre-diabetic! Plus, I've lost around 85 pounds. Used to wear size 60 pants, now I'm fitting into a 50!

    Thanks, everyone! To answer some questions: Starting weight was 230. I titrate up every month (my doc is managing the prescription). I try to do a 30 min walk most days.
