Ozempic and Vomiting: How Scared Should I Be?

I think all your suggestions are good and could help. Emetophobia (fear of vomiting) seems pretty common. Everyone dislikes throwing up, but when it becomes a real fear that stops you from getting medical care, maybe talk to someone. You could also try exposure therapy, where you think about...

    Creatine While on GLP-1?

I believe creatine is beneficial for everyone. It’s one of the most scientifically validated supplements. It’s safe and effective. In addition to its fitness advantages, it has been demonstrated to promote cognitive function, cardiovascular health, and potentially aid in recovery from traumatic...

Tirz at max dose + cagri?

I've been researching the use of AA with cagri for several hours, and I guess it comes down to who you believe. But for my first time using it, I'm going to test the pH before adding AA. If it's higher than 5, I'll add AA one drop at a time until it's down to 4.

Tirz at max dose + cagri?

I read some of the research that was posted in older threads. Thanks for mentioning the AA; I wouldn't have known to look into it.

Tirz at max dose + cagri?

There's a very long thread on here about it with a lot of discussion, articles, and studies posted. Since I only have a couple of vials, I'm going to stick with BAC water for now.

Tirz at max dose + cagri?

Thanks for that! I didn't do it today because I wasn't feeling well. I'll spend the next few weeks researching it thoroughly before I proceed.

Tirz at max dose + cagri?

Oh wow, that's just what I needed to hear! I'm gonna try the cagri on Tuesday, four days after my tirz shot.

Oops, I meant cagri not vagi!

Tirz at max dose + cagri?

Been on 15mg of tirz for several months and the appetite suppression isn't as strong as it used to be. Would adding a small dose of cagri once a week help keep the cravings at bay?

    Zepbound making me ITCH!

If the itching is from blood sugar issues or neuropathy, maybe ARA-290 could help? Otherwise, yeah, switching might be good. I hear you can get Semaglutide pretty darn cheap.

Reta: energy boost or all-day naps?

I'm thinking about trying Reta but worried about the cost as the dose goes up. Seems like you'd eventually get priced out of using it. Anyone have recommendations for affordable sources?

Reta: energy boost or all-day naps?

I honestly think the fatigue is because we aren't eating enough. When you cut your calories way back, you're bound to feel tired. It's just less fuel in the tank. I don't think Reta, or any GLP-1, is energizing or sedating on its own. It's about how your body reacts to less food. Just my 2 cents!

    PT-141: Nausea and other sides?

I've been using MT2 on and off for years and have never gotten any real libido effects from it. It does give pretty good tanning though. I'm thinking of giving PT141 a try if this doesn't work.

    PT-141: Nausea and other sides?

If I understand, 60 units = 0.5ml which would be 2.5mg if they mix 2ml with 10mg of peptide. Half that is about 1.25mg for 30 units. 1 unit on your pen = 10000/240=41,6mcg so you probably didn't inject enough. I wouldn't buy pre-mixed peptides... or pens. Peptide breakdown, price, etc.

    PT-141: Nausea and other sides?

I've only used pt141 once, but I've used melanotan II for 10+ years. They're similar. Over 500mcg hits you in minutes. A weird feeling that turns into nausea, yawning, and sickening erections (3+ hours). You don't need stimulation. It's a forced erection. High doses flush you all over. I don't...

Low & slow wins the race?

Congrats! That's amazing! I’m also doing it the slow method - lost 28 pounds (230 to 202) since November and still taking 0.5mg. Do you think those of us who aren't increasing the dose will be able to stop taking sema easier than someone who takes a higher dose?

Low & slow wins the race?

Slow and steady wins the race! You'll have less loose skin because your skin will have the time to shrink back. My mom shed 90lbs over 4+ years and has zero loose skin. My sister lost 70lbs in 11 months and has a lot.
