    Hit my goal! Now what?

I've crushed it – shed about 95 pounds in the last 13 months! My doc is having me up my calories a bit and stretch out my injections to once every 10 days. Honestly, I've never felt better or more in charge. Feeling so grateful! ❤️

    Eloralintide: Amylin agonist!

Just be careful and monitor your body. I saw an article about the side effects of these meds. It's important to be aware of the risks. Some people experience severe nausea or constipation, so watch for the early warning signs and stop if it gets too bad.

    Eloralintide: Amylin agonist!

Cagrilintide won't become obsolete. It's still a long-acting amylin that boosts satiety and assists with weight loss. Tylenol isn't obsolete just because Aleve exists. Just like Jiffy isn't obsolete because Skippy exists. Unless there's a fibril/oligomer issue, then it might be a different...

    Mounjaro > Ozempic?

Statistically, people on tirzepatide have seen about 5-7% more weight loss than on semaglutide. And tirzepatide works on both GLP-1 and GIP hormones, while semaglutide only works on GLP-1. That's probably why it's more effective, especially for people who don't respond to semaglutide. But it's...

    Mounjaro > Ozempic?

A word of warning...I was only on Oz for 2 months because the side effects were too much. I switched to Zep for 5 months, and it was amazing…until last week. The side effects were even worse than Oz….and now I can't take anything. I’ve officially exhausted all GLP-1 options, and it's a mystery...

    Mounjaro > Ozempic?

Just a heads up, rapid weight loss on these meds isn't healthy. Aim for no more than 2 pounds a week. When you say you didn't lose 'tons' on Ozempic, how much did you lose? You were probably losing the right amount. Glad the side effects are gone though! I'm on 1.5mg of Ozempic, and constipation...

    Peptides: Uses, Doses, Safety?

For folks experimenting with BPC-157/TB-500 blends, I read one account of someone injecting 3.33mg of each EOD and feeling relief after the second injection.

    Peptides: Uses, Doses, Safety?

I've heard mixed things. Some people swear by it, others say it's a waste of money. Make sure you research reputable sources!

    Peptides: Uses, Doses, Safety?

Thanks for the dosage info, Jim_Now! I think I'll start with a lower dose and see how I react. Better safe than sorry.

    Peptides: Uses, Doses, Safety?

I've been researching BPC-157 for some nagging joint pain. The dosages seem to vary a lot. Has anyone had personal experience with it, and what dosage did you find effective?

Dry eyes on Tirz? Anyone else?

I've also noticed that I've been feeling more tired since starting Tirz. I've read that some people find it helps to increase their protein intake. I'm going to try to focus on getting more protein and see if that helps with the fatigue.

Dry eyes on Tirz? Anyone else?

I also noticed that I have dry eyes since starting Tirz, so I did some research online. It seems that GLP-1 meds might cause dry eyes because of dehydration and changes in blood sugar (fluid shifts in the body). I make sure to stay hydrated and use preservative-free eye drops. I'm hoping the dry...

Dry eyes on Tirz? Anyone else?

Once I increased my dose up to 10mg per week, I started having really dry eyes. It usually started a couple of days after my shot and lasted for about 36 hours. I started using lubricating eye drops and taking a supplement for eye health twice a day, which has helped a lot. Has anyone else had...
