    I totally get what you mean Snack-Dude. I was always buying clothes in bigger sizes, even after losing almost 70lbs. I was so scared that smaller sizes wouldn't fit. The body dysmorphia is real!

    Incredible!!! I'm in a similar boat, thinking about trying ozempic, even if I have to pay out of pocket. MoodyLog was your hernia before or after starting the workouts and meds? I have what I *think* is a small umbilical hernia, hoping it shrinks as I lose weight.
