Exercise ain't that great for weight loss?!

Maybe not, but that's what the machine said, based on my weight and I weighed a lot more than anyone else using that machine. Whether it was accurate or not, it was a big motivator to keep going for the full 90 minutes.

Exercise ain't that great for weight loss?!

The only times exercise worked for me was when I was going hard on the stairmaster for 90 minutes, then doing circuit machines, every single day with no days off. It worked great until I got sick with a bad respiratory infection. And why 90 minutes on the stairmaster? It had the computer that...

Exercise ain't that great for weight loss?!

Totally! Think about your heart health, boosting HDL, and stopping LDL from turning into plaque. And ditching the junk food is a big one.

    Done with Mounjaro... for now!

Pure_Guy421 Hey! Great question! I think everyone's skin elasticity is different, but I've been using lotion religiously and doing a lot of strength training to help. I do have some loose skin, especially around my stomach, but it's not too bad. The shape change has been awesome though, I feel...

Thanks, everyone! Yuki09 I'm a little nervous about the potential weight regain, but I'm hoping my lifestyle changes will help. I appreciate the heads up about restarting at 2.5mg if I go back on. HawkGirl Thanks for the forum recommendation, I'll check it out! Salad_Dude Glad I could help pep...

Hey y'all! Long time no post, but I wanted to update on my weight loss journey, especially since reading similar success stories really motivated me when I first started. It's been nearly a year since my last update. :) My stats: - Height: 5'2" / 157 cm - Age: 28 - Starting weight: ~230 lbs /...

    Diabetes and Ozempic Success!

Hi everyone! I (27F) was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a little over a year ago. I'd just given birth a year prior and packed on around 70lbs during and after the pregnancy. I also had gestational diabetes, but sadly, it turned into type 2, along with PCOS and Hyperthyroidism *sigh*. Anyway, I...

    Energy Boost Stack?

Have those weeks and just roll. If it happens again next week, might bump dose a bit. Make sure hydration and fiber are solid. Helps a ton. Low dose surprises me though. Splitting to twice daily might help. Zofran could work if you want half fifty.

    Burn that belly fat!

I've been on a GLP-1 for about three months now and I'm down around 25 pounds, which is great, but some people lose even more. It can be frustrating comparing yourself to others. I'm eating about 1400 calories a day, making sure to get at least 100g of protein, and drinking a ton of water. Also...

It's a good thing they don't use face recognition for security passes these days - you look completely different!

Higher dose = more weight loss?

More like 1 to 2 percent of body weight, or roughly 1 to 2 pounds weekly for most people.

    Started my journey on GLP-1s...

I'm hitting my goal soon with 94 down in a year. Started at 269, sitting at 175 now. Honestly, a year back I never imagined I'd actually land here.

    Big vial benefit?

I've heard that the lowest possible dose is the best! If you're still losing weight, why increase it? Are you doing any strength training?
