    Goal weight: Now what?

I agree with keeping up strength training! It really does make a difference, not just for weight, but for overall health as not-today-scale mentioned.

    Tiny tirzepatide dose increases?

I always assumed the official dosage increases had more to do with the limitations of the injector pens? It'd be a pain to make a pen for every 0.5mg step. I bet going slower would be better.

    Goal weight: Now what?

You look incredible! After stopping sema, eating lots of protein and sticking to a mostly clean diet (like a relaxed paleo) helped me a lot. Avoiding processed foods, sugary drinks, and too much junk is key.

    Goal weight: Now what?

Congrats on reaching your goal! It's definitely a process. Since the holidays are here, I'd suggest staying on your current dose for a bit longer, especially with all the temptations around. After the new year, you could consider tapering down slowly, staying at your current dose, or even...

    2 yrs, down a hundo!

It's amazing how much losing weight can impact your appearance, isn't it? A friend of mine is a teacher and she had some pics taken at concerts for back to back semesters. The difference was super obvious!

    Gagging on Reta?!

You should take Frankie's comment to heart. They are usually very cautious about peptides, /s.

Hit my goal weight! Dress time!

For those on sema/GLP-1s, are you finding that you're experiencing any constipation? It seems to be a pretty common side effect, so stay hydrated and maybe look into a gentle stool softener if it becomes a problem.

Losing weight but no one notices?

I agree, Alex90, it's so hard to see it in yourself sometimes! It's like looking in a mirror every day, you don't notice the small shifts. But they add up!

Losing weight but no one notices?

It's normal that we can't always see the changes in ourselves. Check how the side of your waist now fits in the jeans. Your top also fits better. And look closely at the zipper area - your stomach looks flatter.

Losing weight but no one notices?

Definitely a difference! You're wearing the clothes now, not the other way around. As a fellow tall woman, dropping 35 is a great accomplishment. It took a similar loss before people started asking if I was losing weight.

Started 2.5mg, no side effects. Working?

Those doses aren't really therapeutic territory and they're not going to touch your food noise much. For me personally it took 7 to 10mg of Tirzepatide to get the same appetite suppression I got from 2.5mg of Semaglutide. I don't have a horse in the race but low dose experience doesn't really...
